Centuria buys Heritage Lifecare assets

Majority of properties will go into new NZ unlisted fund.

ASX-listed fund manager Centuria has announced the acquisition of 38 retirement villages and aged care properties from Heritage Lifecare for $291 million.

Heritage, owned by a fund controlled by Australian private equity firm Adamantem Capital, will continue to run the portfolio on a leaseback
