Carlin Hotel entities owe $34m

Receivers have put the boutique Queenstown hotel developed by the late Kevin Carlin up for sale.

The collapsed luxury Carlin Hotel business in Queenstown owes $34 million, the first receivers’ reports say.

The boutique hotel founded by the late concert pianist Kevin Carlin had experienced ongoing viability issues since it was opened two years ago, receivers BDO said.
