Black Robin Equity admits it can’t pay its investors.
The residential investment firm, founded by former commercial realtor Chaojie (Jasmine) Yao and valuer David Wigmore in 2020, has raised millions of dollars in funds from the public and from wholesale investors into its residential offers.
