Augusta takeover bid trashed
Centuria withdrew its bid without providing a public explanation.

Centuria Capital has terminated its 100% takeover bid for NZX-listed property manager Augusta Capital at $2 a share.
The deal valued Augusta at $175 million, a 20% premium to the closing price of $1.67 on January 28, the day before the takeover bid was announced on the NZX.
