Auckland Thoroughbred Racing says it will have funds under management of about $170 million by the end of 2025, boosted through about $100m of land sales at Ellerslie Racecourse.
It follows the sales of a 6.2-hectare site on 'the hill' of the racecourse for residential development to Fletcher
