NZX-listed property fund Asset Plus is raising $60.2 million ahead of its six-storey Munroe Lane development for Auckland Council at Albany.
The equity raise, the fund’s second go at funding development of the project, is structured as a $48.1m 1 for 1.01 accelerated non-renounceable
