Argosy's distributable income rises 13.7% in bouyant property market

The listed property fund's profit doubled on the back of portfolio valuation gains.

NZX-listed Argosy’s profit doubled in the 2021 financial year as property income crept up 8%, a result driven by the buoyant property market.

The property fund posted a $241.7m profit for the year to March 31, up 103%, off revenue of $107.7m.
