Argosy developing $64m building for Stats NZ
The building will take Argosy's portfolio value to near $1.7 billion.
Argosy is building a $64 million, 11-storey "green" building, on the corner of Willis St and Lambton Quay on Wellington’s golden mile.
Apart from a 500sq m shopping area, the entire 11,800sq m building will be occupied by Stats NZ on a 15-year term.
