The Treasury has suggested developing Public-Iwi-Private-Investment proposals could help increase iwi investment in infrastructure projects.

It raised the matter in a February 1 report to Finance Minister Nicola Willis, ahead of her attending the National Iwi Chairs Forum at Waitangi a few days
