Three Waters reform to go through largely unchanged

The parliamentary select committee considering the Water Entities Services Bill has recommended changes to it, but not substantial enough to meet the concerns of those opposed to the Three Waters reform process.

The National, Act, and Green Parties have all published differing views in the report
