SFO settles with disgraced MP over its 'inadvertent' disclosure

Jami-Lee Ross had threatened to make the National Party documents public.

The Serious Fraud Office has announced it has reached a settlement with disgraced former MP Jamie-Lee Ross after inadvertently disclosing two documents to the defendants in the National Party donations case in May last year. 

The SFO said it didn't become aware of the error until July 26 2020
