Select committee hears concerns about PGF spending

The Auditor-General’s Office has reiterated there is not enough transparency around the spending of $640 million on shovel ready projects as part of the Government’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The money was taken from the $3 billion Provincial Growth Fund – in what was known as the PGF
