New Zealand Upgrade Programme 'rebalanced' as costs balloon

Transport Minister said downsizing six projects will address estimated doubling of costs.

The $15 billion New Zealand Upgrade Programme has been given an extra $2b, and six projects downsized as initial cost estimates ballooned, Minister for Infrastructure Grant Robertson and Minister of Transport Michael Wood announced today.
