National would guarantee work for new dry dock at Whangarei

The National Party has committed to building a new dry dock at Northport in Whangarei if it leads the next government.

National leader Judith Collins announced the policy in Whangarei this afternoon, just days after the Shipping Federation said the dry dock was desperately needed.
