Kelvin Davis turns down deputy PM role

Davis hinted Maori caucus has done well in the reshuffle.

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern's Labour party deputy Kelvin Davis has turned down the prospect of serving as deputy prime minister. 

Davis said he had made the decision not to seek the role ahead of the party's caucus to finalise ministerial portfolios.
