The Advance New Zealand Party has failed in its legal bid to stop the recording of Newshub Nation’s “Powerbrokers’ debate” without them.

The party, spearheaded by former National Botany MP Jami-Lee Ross and former New Zealand Public Party leader Billy Te Kahika, had filed in the Auckland
