UPDATE [Thursday Feb 16]: Police confirmed early Thursday morning another body had been found, of a person believed to have died in the floodwaters in the Gisborne region. 

This brought the death toll of Cyclone Gabrielle to five, although this was expected to rise, with aerial surveys reporting
