Crown agrees to purchase Ihumatao land for $30m

The Crown has agreed to purchase the Ihumātao land from Fletcher Building in a transaction outside of the Treaty of Waitangi settlement process.
Housing Minister Megan Woods said the land is being purchased from Fletchers for $29.9 million under the Land for Housing Programme as the parties
