The Coalition government has launched its dole-for-apprenticeship scheme called Mana in Mahi (Strength in Work).

Under the scheme young people aged 18 to 24, who have been on a benefit for six months or more, will be helped into apprenticeships. They will be paid the equivalent of their benefit
