Solomon Airlines has taken over the Auckland-Port Vila route.
Solomon Airlines filled the vacuum of scheduled air links between New Zealand and Vanuatu after Air Vanuatu was placed in voluntary liquidation on May 9, grounding all operations.
A weekly scheduled service from Port Vila’s Bauerfield International Airport to Auckland was launched last Monday.
