RNZAF farewells P-3K2 Orions

The RNZAF formally said farewell this week to the Lockheed P-3 Orion, one of the oldest aircraft in its fleet, before the remaining aircraft carried out a three-ship formation North Island tour.

Operated by 5 Squadron from RNZAF Base Whenuapai, Auckland, the P-3 has faithfully served in the maritime
