NZ Flying Doctors base in Nelson expands

Demand for the transfer of critical care patients keeps increasing.

The operator of the New Zealand Flying Doctors Service, GCH Aviation, will open a new air ambulance facility at Nelson Airport next week. Previously, the service shared hangar space and facilities with the Nelson Marlborough rescue helicopter.
