Ebos Group Ltd has announced the appointment of Julie Dillon as its new chief executive Animal Care, with effect from November 1, 2021.
Dillon joins Ebos following more than 25 years with Colgate-Palmolive, where she gained broad experience as a leader across general management, brand marketing, digital, strategy and innovation.
After an extensive career internationally within many Colgate-Palmolive consumer products segments across the US, the UK and Europe, Dillon returned to Australia in 2018 and, most recently, was vice-president and general manager of the Colgate-Palmolive division of Hill’s Pet Nutrition business for Australia, New Zealand and Greater Asia, based in Sydney.
EBOS chief executive John Cullity said: “Julie, with her wealth of broad experience in the pet and FMCG sectors, will be a great asset to our Animal Care business, which continues to experience strong growth … with increasing pet ownership and global trends such as the humanisation of pets and premiumisation of pet care products.”
