Julie Dillon will take up the role from November 1.
Listed Ebos Group has appointed Julie Dillon as its new CEO Animal Care with effect from November 1.
Dillon has spent more than 25 years with Colgate-Palmolive where she gained broad experience as a leader across general management, brand marketing, digital, strategy and innovation.
After an extensive career internationally within many Colgate-Palmolive consumer products segments across the US, the UK and Europe, Dillon returned to Australia in 2018 and most recently was Vice President and General Manager of the Colgate-Palmolive Division of Hill’s Pet Nutrition business for Australia, New Zealand and Greater Asia, based in Sydney.
Ebos CEO John Cullity said Dillon, with her wealth of broad experience in the pet and FMCG sectors, will be a great asset to the company's Animal Care business which is experiencing strong growth due to increasing pet ownership and global trends such as the humanisation of pets and premiumisation of pet care products.
