David Henry's Kinleith Land and Infrastructure put into liquidation

Deal for $13.2m doesn’t appear to have eventuated, despite adjournment for that purpose.

David Henry’s Kinleith Land and Infrastructure was put into liquidation in the Auckland High Court by associate judge Rachel Sussock today.

Baker Tilly Staples Rodway liquidators Jared Booth and Tony Maginness were appointed to the company just before noon.
