Chinese businessman Richard Yan has detailed the final months before Mainzeal’s 2013 collapse as he gave evidence in court in the trial over its demise.
Mr Yan is one of five defendants who continue to face liquidators' claims over the failed construction firm in the High Court at Auckland.
