Wellington fraudster David Ross denied parole

Parole Board said Ross' offending had been 'on a scale unprecedented in this country' that brought misery to hundreds of people, most ruined financially.

Convicted fraudster David Ross, who swindled 700 investors out of about $115 million, has told the Parole Board he is a broken and flawed man, that he is shunned, and that he now has no reputation to speak of.

Ross was appearing before the board seeking parole and said that rather than re-offend
