Ex-pat businessman Eric Watson’s brother Richard Watson and friend Tim Connell have failed to persuade US courts to block potential claims from Watson’s creditor Sir Owen Glenn, who believes they may hold assets on his behalf.

The US action followed Glenn’s company Kea Investments winning
