Waterstone appeals High Court’s ruling on Claymark Group

The Court ruled Waterstone’s appointment as liquidator of entities within the group as invalid.

Waterstone Insolvency is seeking to overturn the High Court’s decision to rule its appointment as liquidator of subsidiaries within the Claymark Group of companies as invalid.

The disclosure was made in the latest receivers’ report from Calibre Partners, which was published on August 3.
