About 42,000 customers affected and overcharged between 2014 and 2022.
Vero said some customers had also been undercharged.

Insurer Vero has received a $3.9 million penalty for making false and misleading representations to customers about multi-policy discounts.
The Financial Markets Authority, which brought the claim, said between April 2014 and May 2022, Vero and its intermediaries issued invoices to about 42,000
