Valentia to ‘vigorously’ fight rival Medtech in copyright dispute
The two medical practice software firms have rekindled a copyright dispute from 2018, with Medtech alleging Valentia Technologies unlawfully accessed its data.
The local arm of health software company Valentia Technologies is readying itself for a legal scrap with rival firm Medtech, saying it will "vigourously" defend itself against allegations brought against it.
