An associate judge has denied James Smalley's claim against his former firm, Hamilton Hindin Greene.

A former director and major shareholder of stockbroking firm Hamilton Hindin Greene who held “deep resentment” and sought “utu” against it has failed in a bid to stop the $2.15 million sale of his shares while he disputes their value.
