UPDATED: Cullen Group, controlled by NBR Rich Lister Eric Watson, says the High Court did not find that it had an actual plan to avoid tax.
Rather, the court found that was the consequence of the structure adopted to facilitate Mr Watson’s relocation to the UK, a Cullen Group spokesperson
