Law Soc seeks 6-9 month suspension for Tingey misconduct

A truncated version of Disciplinary Tribunal findings against barrister Murray Tingey was released at a penalty hearing in Auckland on Monday as arguments continued over what information could be published.

The decision found the evidence established Tingey was guilty on one charge of misconduct
