Toyota NZ to defend diesel filter class action

Follows action taken in Australia representing thousands of Hilux, Fortuner, and Prado owners.

Current model Toyota Hilux.

Toyota New Zealand will defend itself against fresh legal action over a defective exhaust after-treatment system.

Shine Lawyers is representing owners who bought a Toyota Hilux, Fortuner and Prado which were fitted with a 1GD-FTV engine or 2GD-FTV engine manufactured from October 2015.
