Tiger Brokers owner hit with US class action

Claim against Nasdaq-listed UP Fintech follows regulatory action against company’s activities in its core China market.

The parent company of New Zealand online sharebroker Tiger Brokers, UP Fintech, has been hit with an investor class action in the US this week alleging it had failed to properly disclose the risk of regulatory action against it in China.
