NBR Rich Lister Eric Watson routed money through multiple entities to himself, Inland Revenue contends, as it summarises its $60 million case against Eric Watson’s Cullen Group.
The taxman disputes $290m worth of transactions, which enabled Cullen Group to pay just 2% in tax instead of 15%.
