Synlait, A2 Milk named after court lifts gag order

The High Court has lifted suppression orders covering legal action involving Synlait director John Penno, allowing A2 Milk and Synlait itself to be named as non-parties in the dispute.

The case involves Signum Holdings, a provider of digital tracing technology to Synlait and A2 Milk, and Okuora
