Supreme Court dismisses Satori Holdings' liquidation appeal

Kiwi businessman Andrew Griffiths has once again failed in his attempt to prevent the liquidation of his investment vehicle, Satori Holdings.

The company held a 24% stake in a joint venture called Island Grace, involved in the development of a Fiji resort which has been plagued by legal disputes.
