Supreme Court blocks appeal on Feltex
Investors had sought leave to appeal after claim struck out.

The Supreme Court has refused to grant Feltex investors leave to appeal a ruling effectively ending their long court battle over a failure to provide security for costs.
The class action, involving 3600 investors led by investor Eric Houghton, alleged the 2004 Feltex prospectus was misleading
