Spark cops $675,000 fine for misleading customers

More than 7000 customers remain out of pocket, Comcom says.

Telco Spark has been fined $675,000 by the Auckland District Court on multiple charges of making false or misleading representations.

Spark pleaded guilty to nine charges under the Fair Trading Act for conduct that occurred during the period  June 2, 2014, to  December 7, 2017.
