SFO charges third person over CBL collapse

The Serious Fraud Office has charged a third so far unnamed person in relation to the collapse of insurer CBL.
A spokesperson for the SFO confirmed today that one charge of obtaining by deception was laid against the person on February 16 this year. The accused's counsel John Billington QC
