The Serepisos family has failed in a last-minute bid to avert the mortgagee sale of the family home in Wellington.

Former property developer Terry Serepisos and his brother Lambros applied to the High Court on Wednesday for an interim injunction preventing the sale of 91 Nevay Road at a mortgagee
