Samsung defeats call centre operator in long-running court stoush

Multi-million-dollar claim defeated.

Samsung has won a years-long court clash against its former local call centre operator, SCC NZ, defeating allegations of breach of contract among others.  

In a suit over contracts entered into early as 2007, SCC, directed by Jang-Shik Yoon, took action after Samsung terminated its agreement.
