Former Mainzeal director Richard Yan still hasn’t paid $18 million in damages he owes to creditors and instead is protesting the liquidator’s planned bankruptcy notice.
Back in August, BDO’s Andrew Bethell said in a statement that Yan still hadn’t paid and had moved back to China,
