Pushpay insider trading headed to High Court, suppression delayed

The Financial Markets Authority filed court proceedings against two people in February.

The FMA and defendant last month recommended the case be shifted to the High Court.

A criminal charge alleging insider trading at dual-listed payments firm Pushpay will now be heard in the High Court, while arguments about name suppression have again been delayed.
