Plaintiff applauds ‘astonishingly good’ Intueri settlement

High Court approves distribution of proceeds to claimants five years after a class action was filed alleging misleading prospectus documents in the float of training company Intueri.

Intueri Education Group floated on the NZX in May 2014 and collapsed three years later.
