Person facing Pushpay insider trading charge keeps name secret

A High Court jury trial on the criminal charge begins in Auckland today.

Pushpay is not party to the proceedings, and the FMA said Pushpay had cooperated with the FMA during its investigation.

A person facing a criminal charge for alleged insider trading in relation to the sale of shares in Pushpay five years ago will keep their name secret for the duration of the four-week trial.

Last March, the person pleaded not guilty to the charge before Judge John Bergseng in the Auckland District
