Penrich victims prepare lawsuit against financial adviser

Claim follows losses of $80m for investors.

Investors who lost money in the Penrich Capital fraud are preparing legal action against the financial adviser who recommended they buy into the fund.

Penrich Capital’s director Kelly Tonkin was jailed for 8.5 years in December after pleading guilty to the fraud, which cost about 170 investors
