NZICA censures Wells, Hannon over CBL conduct

The Institute of Chartered Accountants has censured its members Sir John Wells and Tony Hannon for “conduct unbecoming an accountant” and breaching its rules.

The move follows their admissions of false and misleading statements while directors of insurer CBL, as well as continuous disclosure
